'We visited Spain 3 times before viewing with Kevin from Propiedad Europea/Europa Properties. This was our 4th. time in Spain to look to buy. Each time we'd been before, we were not happy with the service, the last time the representative showed us townhouses despite the fact that we told him we wanted a 3 - bedroom detached villa. 'We came out with Europa Properties. It was our first time in Spain. Kevin took us to a number of sites but we liked Camposol as there was chance of employment. We liked the Neptuno but had to sell our place in England. Kevin told us the Fortuna 3 bedroom would be better as it was a lower price and we could pay cash and not need a mortgage in Spain. We thought this was considerate but wanted the Neptuno. When we sold our place in England, we phoned Kevin to say we were coming out to rent in Spain. He told us to rent in England and keep our jobs as we'd have an income. We chose our Neptuno off-plan from England. We came out a few months later and stayed at a camp site before moving in. However, we wished we had listened to Kevin as we'd have had much more cash if we'd stayed in England but the weather was much better in Spain and the cost of things cheaper. What we liked about Kevin was he gave us advice about other things apart from just property and seemed genuinely concerned that we were not making any mistakes when moving to Spain.
